I have published a hypothesis called "Fader Theory" on the academic repository "Zenodo". It is a platform where researchers share papers and data.
This hypothesis organizes and articulates the consistent observation from my interviews and practical experience: "people are not fixed entities, but dynamically change within situations and relationships."
Zenodo is used as part of organizing knowledge and external publication. Multiple downloads have been confirmed immediately after its release on May 2nd. For now, I'm sharing it as a record of activities.
