15 years ago, I started 'Unfolding Bodywork,' one of G.K. Jibunrashiku's businesses, and have since provided sessions (treatments) to thousands of people, from children to the elderly, including business owners, professional athletes, and artists. From this perspective, Unfolding Bodywork supports the transition from a life focused on immediate symptoms and worries to a life where one is excited about a bright future and "lives true to oneself." What Unfolding Bodywork can do is only to support the "catalyst" for transitioning to living true to oneself. After that, clients themselves must decide to live true to themselves and walk their own path in life. We cannot and do not intend to intervene in anyone's life. However, I was thinking about what more we could do beyond sessions to help those who have connected with Unfolding Bodywork to achieve a better state. That's when I came up with this app.
This app allows users to earn points by recording their daily physical condition, mood, and insights. To help them habituate focusing on their physical condition, mood, and insights, additional points are awarded for continuous recording. In other words, the more you confront yourself, the more points you accumulate. These points can be used at a rate of 1 point for 1 yen for services provided by Unfolding Bodywork.
Additionally, it features various functions, such as a system that displays daily advice by integrating my impressions from daily records and sessions, a function for me to comment on daily records, a game element to compete for continuous records, a function to share insights with others, and a reflection function that displays past insights.
All of these will function as one step towards increasing the number of people who "live true to themselves" and creating a society that values this.
For now, this app is exclusively for Unfolding Bodywork clients. Non-clients cannot use it. First, we aim to start a movement together with those who value embodying the way of living true to themselves.
